We do not guarantee job placement.
Ensure the authenticity of employers before sharing sensitive information.
For Employers:
Employers must post accurate job descriptions and comply with Indian labor laws.
False, misleading, or discriminatory job postings are strictly prohibited.
Fees and Payments:
Basic services on Workong may be free, but certain premium features may require payment. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.We use third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for payment failures or security breaches on their platforms.
Limitation of Liability:
Workong acts as a job marketplace and does not verify the authenticity of job postings or candidates. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform. Users must exercise due diligence before engaging in employment contracts or transactions.
Termination of Services:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or Indian legal requirements. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts India .We encourage dispute resolution through mediation before resorting to legal proceedings.
